SHIFT is a 12-week group coaching cohort designed to help you turn intention into motion:

  • Launch a project.

  • Reimagine the next chapter of your career.

  • Rebuild a habit that has fallen out of rhythm.

You’ll move from spark to stride with the support of an intimate, committed group of changemakers walking alongside you.

Who It’s For

The Explorer
You’ve felt the tug of “what else?” and are finally ready to follow it. You might not have the map yet, but you’ve packed curiosity, courage, and a willingness to see where the path leads. You’re here to trade hesitation for motion and learn how to navigate change with a clearer compass.

The Rebuilder
Something has shifted—a job, a routine, a season of life—and you’re ready to rebuild on steadier ground. You want structure without rigidity, accountability without judgment, and support that keeps you moving when motivation wobbles. You’re here to turn lessons into traction.

The Dream-in-Progress
You’ve been nurturing a goal quietly: the book draft, the new business, the healthier rhythm, the bolder boundary. You’re done letting “someday” set the pace. You’re here to make your dream visible and real, one stride at a time.

What You’ll Gain

How It Works

Each week includes:

  • One live group coaching session (75 min) — guided by Kelly Scullin, CPCC, SHRM-SCP, with reflection and discussion prompts that connect personal growth to practical action.

  • One optional co-working session (60 min) — time set aside to focus on your chosen goal with real-time accountability and quiet company.

You’ll also receive:

  • A SHIFT Fieldbook — your personal notebook for mapping milestones, celebrating progress, and staying centered.

  • Access to a private community platform — a virtual gathering space for your cohort to share insights, track wins, and stay connected between sessions.

Tuition: $495 USD
Early Bird: $420 USD when you register by November 30th.

  • Monday / Wednesday Cohort – 11:00 AM Pacific / 1:00PM Central / 2:00 PM Eastern, beginning January 12th

  • Tuesday / Thursday Cohort – 1:00 PM Pacific / 3:00 PM Central / 4:00 PM Eastern, beginning January 13th

SMART Recovery: 4-Point Recovery Meetings

SMART stands for Self-Management And Recovery Training, and it's built on the idea that change is not only possible—it’s learnable. We’re grounded in science-backed, evidence-informed approaches like REBT (Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).

Put simply:

How we think affects how we feel.
How we feel affects how we act.

SMART helps us look at ourselves, our habits, and our futures with fresh eyes—and gives us tools to move forward. And here’s the beauty of it: SMART is adaptable. You can use these tools to change any behavior that’s interfering with your life, health, relationships, or responsibilities.

You're not expected to have it all figured out. You're just invited to begin.

About the 4-Point Program

This FREE 4-Point Meeting is for people navigating challenges with:

  • Substances like alcohol, opioids, meth, tobacco, or other drugs

  • Behaviors that may become addictive, such as gambling, sex, gaming, shopping, eating, and more

This meeting is based on SMART’s 4-Point Program, which includes:

  1. Building and Maintaining Motivation

  2. Coping with Urges and Cravings

  3. Managing Thoughts, Feelings, and Behaviors

  4. Living a Balanced Life

  • 7:00- 7:10 PM PT - Gathering & Welcome

  • 7:10- 7:50 PM PT - Check-Ins

  • 7:50- 8:15 PM PT - SMART Exercise & Discussion

  • 8:15- 8:28 PM PT - Check-Outs

  • 8:28- 8:30 PM PT - Closing & Affirmation
