Before founding CiTiZEN+SEEKER, I spent more than two decades as a People + Culture executive leading strategy, coaching leaders, and shaping culture at organizations from startups to global firms like AIG and the American Marketing Association.
I know how it feels to carry both vision and responsibility—to want more impact without more exhaustion. I also know that sustainable change doesn’t come from hustle alone; it comes from self-awareness, alignment, and deliberate design.
My approach blends executive acumen, Co-Active Coaching methodology, and behavioral science to help you move from overthinking to intentional action.

Each engagement begins with a four-part exploratory process to clarify your goals and test our compatibility. From there, we will design our alliance and dig in, typically meeting a minimum of twice per month for anywhere from three to nine months, depending on what we intend to accomplish together.
Coaching happens by phone or Zoom, and includes structured reflection tools, accountability check-ins, and milestone reviews—because growth deserves both structure and celebration.
